1. Delivery and Shipping
1.1 UK delivery
Most orders will be despatched within 48 hours of placing the order between Monday to Friday (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

- Free UK special delivery on orders £200 and over apply for a limited period of time.
- Orders are usually received within 1 - 2 days. 0
Orders under £200
- For UK standard delivery, a charge of £3.95 applies. Orders are usually received within 3 - 5 business days.
- For UK 1st class delivery, a charge of £4.95 applies. Orders are usually received within 2 - 3 business days.
- For next day guaranteed delivery, a charge of £9.95 applies. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will not qualify for next day service i.e. Saturday and will be dispatched until the following Monday.
1.2 International Shipping
For shipping to Europe, parcels will be sent using a ‘tracking and signature parcel service’ with Royal Mail. We advise that someone should be available when your parcel is delivered. For worldwide shipping, parcels will be sent using a ‘tracking and signature parcel service’ with Royal Mail. We advise that someone should be available when your parcel is delivered. 2. Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, with proof of purchase (i.e valid receipt), within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. Original condition includes signature packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. Any labels and hygiene stickers that have been removed will not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The following steps should be taken in respect of returning unwanted items. Re-pack the items(s) you wish to return, ensuring the parcel is made secure. Contact sales@lalaofficial.uk providing information on the reason for your return and make reference to your invoice number.
Returned items will be at your own cost unless in accordance with your statutory rights. The returns address is provided on your invoice and it is recommended that you use a trackable/signed for delivery service. It is your responsibility until your parcel reaches our warehouse.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. A full refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The way you originally paid for the purchase will determine how you are refunded.
Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. Merchandise purchased through e-commerce may only be returned to the original point of sale under the foregoing applicable returns policy.
The following countries are excluded from international exchanges or refunds: Morocco, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Brazil, Mexico, Aruba, People’ Republic of China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.
